Chris Zellers, FCHS Educator in Cape May County will be the presenter. Participants will learn that eating healthy can be easy, tips for stretching your food budget, and healthy recipes that won’t break the bank. Zellers said, “You often hear that it is too expensive to eat healthy, that fast food costs less than cooking a meal, and I’d eat better but can't afford to. This presentation will show how it is possible to eat healthy within your budget.”
