SNJCoC 2018 HUD NOFA – Local Process for Renewal and New Projects
The Southern New Jersey Continuum of Care (SNJCoC) is an association of county-wide homelessness Continuums of Care that provides information, services and advocacy for and on behalf of the homeless population in the area of service within the participating SNJCoC Counties (Camden, Cape May, Cumberland and Gloucester).
SNJCoC’s Notice of Funds Available FOR RENEWAL PROJECTS can be found by clicking here: 2018-snjcoc-local-renewal-nofa. Applications for renewal projects will be accepted from eligible organizations interested in applying for 2018 HUD funding to continue to provide housing and supportive services. A Review Committee will evaluate proposals based on objective performance criteria, local needs and priorities, and make recommendations to the SNJCoC Executive Board on the prioritization of these funds.

A Pre-bid Meeting will be held on Monday, July 9, 2018 at 10:00 a.m. at CPAC, 2500 McClellan Avenue, Suite 160, Pennsauken, NJ 08109. Persons can attend in person and the pre-bid will also be accessible via conference call, at which time questions concerning the RFP, eligible expenses, and local priorities will be answered. The call in number (toll-free) is 1-800-356-8278 and the pin is 206811. Bonus points will be awarded for participation in the pre-bid meeting.
Proposals are due no later than 2:00 pm on Thursday, July 26, 2018 to CPAC. See the NOFA(s) for further information.
