Freeholder E. Marie Hayes presents a certificate to Captain Joanne Schultze, a veteran of the US Army Reserve, for a tour of the Cape May County Zoo. The Freeholder Board partnered with the Ocean City American Legion Post 524 in  helping to  sponsor a veteran and their family for a week of rest and relaxation in Ocean City, at no cost to them. Numerous merchants donated gift certificates and various gifts.
