Cape May Court House, NJ – Save the date for the new Rutgers Cooperative Extension of Cape May County Family and Community Health Sciences’ (FCHS) workshop, Living a Healthy Weight, on Wednesday, September 12, 2018. The program, part of an on-going wellness series offered by FCHS, will take place from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. at Rutgers Cooperative Extension, 355 Court House-South Dennis Road, Cape May Court House, New Jersey.
Participants at the Living a Healthy Weight workshop will learn steps to navigating weight loss and weight maintenance, how to eat less, move more and weigh less, and how to live a healthy lifestyle for life.
The workshop will include a lite supper. The cost to attend is $15 and advanced registration is required by September 7, 2018. Space is limited, so, please reserve your place early.
