Common Antioxidants include Beta-carotene, Lutein, Lycopene, Selenium, Vitamin A, C, and E," added Rochford.
Topics for discussion will include: sitting is the new smoking, factors for healthy living, strengthening our body’s defenses, reliable sources of information, and what ‘Healthy’ and ‘Natural’ mean on a food label.

The cost of the workshop is $15 and advanced registration is required. Space is limited, so, please reserve your place early. Call Marian at (609) 465-5115, ext. 609 or email marian.courtney@co.cape-may.nj.us for more information or to register for the program.
