[ARCHIVED] Rutgers Cooperative Extension Announces New Workshop, Slimming “Super” Foods for Summer!

Rutgers Cooperative Extension of Cape May County Family and Community Health Sciences (FCHS) announces a special workshop to take place in May 2016. Just in time to prepare for the busy summer season, FCHS will offer the workshop, Slimming “Super” Foods for Summer! on Wednesday, May 18, 2016. This new program will take place from 5:30 to 7:30p.m. at Rutgers Cooperative Extension, 355 Court House-South Dennis Road, Cape May Court House, New Jersey (Turn at the light at ACCC, it is the first building on the right). The building is handicapped accessible.

Participants will learn: What are “Super” Foods, how to prepare them, where you can get them, and what are their benefits. Also, lite summertime fare will be served.

The workshop, Slimming “Super” Foods for Summer! is part of a year-long wellness series being offered by Rutgers Cooperative Extension of Cape May County. Workshops, held earlier this year, focused mainly on general nutrition and creating a healthier lifestyle.
