Cape May County Commissioner Director Leonard Desiderio and Vice Director E. Marie Hayes joined Middle Township Officials for the ceremonial "Shovel in the Ground" marking the start of construction of "Norbury Landing" an enhancement to the bay access at Norbury Landing in Del Haven.  This project is funded by a partnership of stakeholders that includes the State of NJ Department of Community Affairs, the County of Cape May’s Open Space Board, and the Township of Middle.
