The Arc of Cape May County is celebrating its 60th anniversary this year and is going virtual for their annual event this Saturday on May 8. Cape May County Commissioner Director Gerald Thornton is being honored as their 2021 Community Advocate Honoree at this event. Commissioner Vice-Director Len Desiderio and Thornton presented CEO Leslie Long and President of the Board of Directors Majken Mechling from the Arc of Cape May County with a resolution to celebrate their 60th Anniversary that was passed by the entire Commissioner Board last week.
