For vaccine information on where, when, who, and how, please visit capemaycountynj.gov. The Cape May County Department of Health administered 143 doses of the COVID-19 vaccine on March 15, 2021, for a total of 12,977 doses so far. The New Jersey Health Department reports that 45,567 doses of the vaccine have been administered in Cape May County when combining the vaccine doses given out by the Cape May County Department of Health and other entities. This total number of doses includes a combination of first and second doses.

Total COVID-19 vaccinations in New Jersey have reached 3 million doses administered, including over 1 million individuals who received their second dose and are fully vaccinated. The 3 million doses are a combination for first and second doses. The State announced on March 1 that they passed 2 million doses administered, meaning it took only an additional two weeks to reach the 3 million milestone. The Governor has indicated that more vaccine doses should become available soon. Cape May County officials continue to advocate for more vaccine to be delivered to Cape May County.

The Cape May County Department of Health is announcing today that 28 new positive test samples were collected among County residents over the past several days. While Cape May County has recorded 7331 COVID-19 cases during the pandemic, 6851 of those are now off quarantine.
