The maps on the following page were developed by the 16 individual municipalities with the aid of the County Planning Department, its consultants (Maser Consulting, P.A), and the New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection. The maps are to be used for general informational purposes only. They are in draft form and are not regulatory.

The original set of maps were submitted to the New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection on July 12, 2012 in accordance with P.L. 2011 c.3, and with the authorization of the 16 local municipalities. These maps were reviewed by the NJDEP, Office of Coastal and Land Use Planning for compliance with the Water Quality Management Regulations (N.J.A.C. 7:15 ). Adjustments were made to make the maps compliant with NJDEP regulations. The adjusted maps, found in the first table, are the maps subject to public review and comment via the public hearing process.
