The Cape May County Sheriff's Office Law Enforcement division is accredited by the New Jersey State Association of Chiefs of Police.
The Cape May County Correctional Facility is PREA approved. See the PREA for more information. The Correctional Center Medical Unit is accredited by the National Commission on Correctional Healthcare (NCCH) and the Correctional Facility is annually inspected by the State of New Jersey Department of Corrections.
