I acknowledge that visiting the Cape May County Park & Zoo (Park & Zoo) involve inherent and unanticipated risks that may cause physical or emotional injury, or damage to myself, to property, or to third parties. I understand that these risks cannot be eliminated without changing the nature, value and appeal of the Park & Zoo. I fully understand the risk and dangers associated with my visit to the Park & Zoo, and I expressly agree and promise to accept and assume all of the risks existing or that my occur at the Park & Zoo. As a visitor to the Park & Zoo, I release, forever discharge and hold harmless the Cape May County Park & Zoo, the County of Cape May, its Commissioners, directors, employees, vendors and any affiliated persons from any and all claims, demands or causes of action which are in any way connected to my visit to the Park & Zoo, including any claims which allege negligent acts or omissions on the part of the Cape May County Park & Zoo, the County of Cape May, its Commissioners, directors, employees, vendors and any affiliated persons.
